Christmas Party "a smashing success"!
December is a party season. It's the time to celebrate our family Christmas traditions together which is exactly what makes the holidays so special with us. Every year, we make sure that our FCB Christmas events is always a great success! But this year, we had a "Christmas Potluck Party"! We started at 5pm & all the members sat down to enjoy a wonderful Christmas dinner together. FCB had always a program to let our children,teenagers & adults to participate. We would like to expressed our gratitude to everyone who helped & made our Christmas Party a success and as always! The FCB Officers was happy to see so many of our members was there and we hoped that they enjoyed themselves throughout the evening.
Thank you all so much to all FCB Members for their support & cooperation!

Filipino Community in Bodø (FCB) celebrated their Christmas party or popularly known in Norway as Julebord last December 6, 2014 at Tverlandet Samfunnshus. It was a full house of Filipinos that came from different places near at Bodø. However, some Norwegians were also present at that time to be part of this annual event which made it more gorgeous. Filipino Community in Bodø (FCB) is very proud being part of the program during the opening of the new Library in Bodø, STORMEN. FCB kids performed one of the Filipino traditional dance- TINIKLING during the program. A well round of applause from the public of course!

Leader of Filipino Community in Bodø (FCB), Rowena Ryvold, was a representative of FCB to Migration and Recruitment Conference last November 4-5, 2014 (a two-day conference on migration and recruitment) at Radison Blu Hotel in Bodø. Rowena was one of the three who were interviewed among voluntary organizations in Bodø.
